But here's where it gets really interesting: Citi ThankYou Rewards is currently running a 30% bonus transfer to JAL Mileage Bank, ending October 24 (in 16 days). If you use JAL miles to book a Oneworld partner like British Airways on this routing, you're looking at an effective cost of around 70,000 Citi ThankYou points instead of 91,000.
