Why is this the deal of the week? Cathay Pacific's Business Class on the London to Hong Kong route is genuinely one of the best long-haul business class products you can fly. We're talking fully flat beds, direct aisle access, and the legendary Cathay service on a nearly 12-hour flight. Cash fares on this route regularly hit $3,000-$4,500+ one-way, which puts the value here at roughly 3.0-4.5 cents per point - strong for a straight Asia Miles redemption.

Transfer bonus angle: Chase Ultimate Rewards is currently running a 20% transfer bonus to British Airways Avios through March 31. Avios and Asia Miles are separate programs, but if you're thinking about booking Cathay Pacific using Avios instead, that bonus makes this an even smarter move. Availability is low and there's only one date showing right now, so if Hong Kong is on your list, do not sit on this one.

There's a solid cluster of off-peak economy availability opening up from West Coast and East Coast gateways to Hong Kong in late April. All priced at 40,000 points one-way.

The Vancouver to Hong Kong route has the most date flexibility this week with five dates available in late April. All of these are off-peak pricing, saving you 15,000 points compared to peak rates. Search all routes on our award search tool.

Both London and Frankfurt have strong multi-date availability in economy. At 45,000 points one-way (off-peak), these are solid rates for Europe-Asia travel. Cash fares on this route often run £700-£1,000+, making the points value here around 1.5-2.2 cents per point. Not the flashiest redemption, but very respectable if you're Europe-based and keen on Hong Kong.

Availability from Hong Kong outbound is generally low, so these are best treated as 'grab it now if it works for your dates' opportunities. The Hong Kong to Vancouver run has three dates showing, which is the most flexibility on the Asia-Pacific departure side.

Two standout hotel redemptions this week that deserve a mention before we get to the full list in the premium section.

This is the one that stopped me in my tracks. The Alila Kothaifaru Maldives is bookable through World of Hyatt for just 30,000 points per night - which our data values at 5.4 cents per point. That is exceptional. The Maldives is one of those bucket-list destinations where cash rates are brutally expensive, which makes this points rate a genuine standout.
