Cathay Pacific's business class to Europe is a genuine bucket-list product - fully flat beds, chef-designed menus, and one of the best inflight bars in the sky. Off-peak business class availability to Frankfurt is rare, and this window is tight: just one date showing right now.

There's also a Chase Ultimate Rewards to Marriott Bonvoy transfer bonus of 70% running until October 15 (in 14 days) - that won't help here directly, but if you're sitting on Amex points, transfer to Asia Miles at 1:1 and you're set.

If you're based in Hong Kong or transiting through and have Asia Miles banked, this is the redemption you book today. Search on Cathay Pacific's website directly, and transfer Amex Membership Rewards at 1:1 if you need to top up.

Hong Kong is the star this week with a stack of economy options across multiple continents - all at off-peak rates. High availability across the board right now, so you've got room to be selective on dates.

The reverse flow is just as good. Multiple US and Canadian cities have solid availability to Hong Kong at 40,000 points one-way - all off-peak pricing.
