British Airways Avios holders can also price this via the BA Executive Club at the Avios rate for Cathay redemptions - worth checking both. If you're transferring from Amex, there's currently a 30% bonus to British Airways Avios (ends September 27, in 38 days), which makes your effective Amex cost even lower on the Avios route.
